Horrible!!!!! If you are an employee looking for work RUN! If you’re looking for a place to live for your loved ones RUN!! Grace is very unprofessional! Let’s start there. She’s never there maybe 2 to 3 hours a day. She doesn’t return phone calls and she treats her staff horrible. Residents complain about not receiving their mail for months, they complain about the food, they never have cold water because the ice machine has been broken for months! No activities, outside functions, holiday celebrations NOTHING! Not enough caregivers every time she hires someone they quit within a week because the work is way to hard to have 1 person per shift. They complain about hours being given to favorites and hours taken from least favorites without any heads up. There is always a problem with pay. Either they don’t get paid on time or their money’s not all there. She advertises on indeed that the pay is $12.00hr but it’s only $10.00 which isn’t enough because they’re barely getting 40 hours. It’s unfair that they’re under paid and I’m going to get in touch with the labor department/board because the girls cook, clean,laundry,maintenance,grocery runs, care for residents, companionships, tour potential residents because obviously Grace is never there, she even has them to clean bird poop from the front porch. Disgusting! She never tells them she appreciates them or how good of a job they’re doing NOTHING! I could go on and on really. Bottom line this place is horrible, I would run far away if I were you!
