I know from personal experience that this is not a good place to be. Most of the GOOD reviews are from Employees-- not Residents. I am a resident. I have removed my last post I''d like to say better things but the truth is. They are extremely short handed. Due to this, everyone suffers. You do not get the care that you deserve. I suppose its no one''s fault- that''s what they say. They can''t do it all. And while that''s True- who is hurt in the long run. So if you have someone who can get up in a wheelchair, go and ask for their meds and are pretty self sufficient.. It''s a Good Place; if not- Find another place- if there are any. The other GREAT REVIEWS are Employees.. Lol

I’ve worked at Mansfield Nursing and rehab for five year each and everyday I thank God for my job...... My coworker are the best we work together and get these done. We try to provide a safe environment for our residents and keep them happy!!!!!!!
My friend is living here and he loves it! All our interactions with the staff have been friendly and helpful. I appreciate the kindness and care shown to our friend, who is quadriplegic, but very full of life.
The building is old but come inside and see what is going on. Nice staffs, the care there is so 👌. I like the team work response from the management to the residents. I love the place no matter how old it is.
