I would not recommend this place. The facility is not what it seems during the tour. They are very good at hiding what it''s really like until you''re already locked in. My mom would ask for something else during dinner and was only offered a pb&j. That''s not acceptable with the amount of money tha...
I would not recommend this place. The facility is not what it seems during the tour. They are very good at hiding what it''s really like until you''re already locked in. My mom would ask for something else during dinner and was only offered a pb&j. That''s not acceptable with the amount of money that we were paying. Many clothing items went missing and were never tracked down. We''ve had to ask staff to stop throwing away soiled items into trash bins with no liners... a hazard. The place has a very high turnover rate which says much about the management in place. You can never reach anyone on the managing team past 3P. As another reviewer stated, they sell a good sell. Bottom line is if you can go somewhere else, go.
