When she had strength and energy to partake in activities she enjoyed the many opportunities. She lived there through the pandemic and was kept safe and came through as strong as she was when it began. Finally, as her strength and health waned, she was cared for with skill and tenderness. At the very end, the whole family was warmly supported. We are forever grateful.

Don''t send your loved one here ever!!!! They neglect their residence. They don''t supervise their residence who are on hospice.
I have worked at Burcham Hills for over 10 years now, I have not found a place that makes me feel like family until I started here. I enjoy coming to work, working with the clients really gives you a purpose. I highly recommend joining the team or even coming to stay.
The assisted living management is absolutely awful. They''re beyond unprofessional, I would never send my family member there. The assisted living management is absolutely awful. They''re beyond unprofessional, I would never send my family member there. You never see the director outside of her office, I have heard many of the floor staff members talking poorly about the nurse and the director among themselves whenever I visit. If your own staff doesn''t respect you, the residents don''t feel heard due to no changes expect bad changes how do you expect to keep the place running? Very unimpressed with burcham hills. Hope to see positive changes in the future.
