They would through the residents a cold sandwich for dinner. I would recommend you stay away. They ignore the people that are living here. They deny access to the family during the pandemic. I wasn't allowed to go to the window to see my loved one. If you want to drop something off for your loved one, it ends up on the front porch until the staff can get to it. This could take a couple of days to get to. The exec director got fired. My loved one was transported to the hospital multiple times in less than a 3 month time frame. They don't have a back up generator for oxygen use.

My father resided here for about 18 months. He grew very fond of the staff and it was obvious that they cared about him. He was wheelchair bound at the time and needed help with just about everything. There are always a few bad eggs at every facility- and this place was no exception, but the majority of the staff was just great. He is now in a skilled care facility where he should be receiving more personal care, but I don’t think he’ll ever get the kind of help he had there.
