I am director of a local regional career and technical school. This year, we made a switch with our CNA/PN program clinical placement by partnering with WindsorMeade in Williamsburg. As a long-time native of the area, I was very familiar with the positive reputation of WIndsorMeade, and we actually approached them hoping for the partnership. Their five-star rating coupled with their professional staff and executive leadership stood out right away. A visit to the facility sealed the deal and gave us peace of mind to place almost 20 CNA students. At the conclusion of our first round of clinical experiences, I can say with confidence, this is an amazing place that provided an incredible and valuable experience to our students. The nursing staff and the Director of Nursing were kind and informative to our students. They were patient and demonstrated their skills and wisdom. I specifically appreciated their demeanor and professionalism as they took their time teaching, not only CNA skills, but also the soft skills and relationship skills to be successful in their roles. I visited the facility on the last day, and the connection the staff and residents had with our students and the positive feedback I received from all parties made me very proud that we had made this partnership. I am extremely impressed by WindsorMeade and look forward to the clinical partnership moving forward.

Just completed Clinical experiences with my first semester Practical Nursing students at Windsormeade. Fantastic facility for student learning with accommodating staff and administration. The students were given ample opportunities to provide hands on care to the residents and also to develop relationships which will make them excellent nurses. Truly a first class facility - We will be back in the fall with a new group of students.
