Read moreThey are taking such good care of my mom. Her room is always clean. She is always clean and dressed. They go out of their way to try and involve her in activities. The staff is always polite and nice and easy to talk to. We love them. Couldn't ask for anything better!!!
Our tour with Greenfield Senior Living of Williamsburg went well. It is a smaller facility in size. It was also quieter with less activities going on. We did not see many people up and moving around.

Read moreI do have concerns as the staff has completely turned over 3 times since last October. But I know that is an issue across the industry. So when that happens, I worry about care dropping. The staff now is very good and [name removed] seems to be a good manager and receptive to any concerns.
Greenfield of Williamsburg was good. My husband stayed there and I liked the community. The facilities were clean and they were very, very friendly. They had crafts, somebody that would come in to do haircuts, and an activity director. They were kind people and they worked with us.
