The staff that work out on the floor are great for the most part. Really care about the residents. The lacking comes in with some management. Only care about what they think and not what''s best for the company as a whole. That''s why it''s a revolving door of staff all the time. The ones that stay ...
The staff that work out on the floor are great for the most part. Really care about the residents. The lacking comes in with some management. Only care about what they think and not what''s best for the company as a whole. That''s why it''s a revolving door of staff all the time. The ones that stay there are only there because it''s convenient. The administrator is rude to family members and employees and frankly only cares about the dollars she is making. I wouldn''t consider as a prospective job. They don''t appreciate their help.
