My brother has been there for years because my sisters havnt moved him yet to a better facility. The facility seems to be overcrowded inside and there is always patients smoking outside at the front entrance. The staff seems to be over worked due to understaffing. I dont deal with the upper managerment as my sisters are in charge of my brothers well being. I can only make notes to the nursing station if my brother isn''t feeling well. As for the rest of the staff they have been very nice and have helped me make my visit a memorable one. They all know my brother and treat him like family.
