Overall, I had a positive tour experience at Town Village Audubon Park. There seemed to be a lot of activities. I liked the park aspect of it. It had a lot of common areas, so it seemed nice. Shane was really helpful. He took time to answer all my questions and gave me an overview of everything, and...
Overall, I had a positive tour experience at Town Village Audubon Park. There seemed to be a lot of activities. I liked the park aspect of it. It had a lot of common areas, so it seemed nice. Shane was really helpful. He took time to answer all my questions and gave me an overview of everything, and followed up. The apartments were nice, but that community has been there a while. I think it could use a little bit of updating (I think they were already in the process of upgrading.) The unit that I saw was not run down, but the previous resident had just moved out and said they were going to repaint it. It had wood cabinets also, but he said they would be painted white to kind of update the experience. The dining area seemed nice. Shane walked me by that, and it was open and airy, and there were people there. There were also people out and moving around. On the day I visited, they were going on some kind of outing. There were people of all senior levels, and that was kind of nice.
