My loved one is currently a resident at Village at Primacy Place and things have been very good for her at this facility so far. The staff is friendly and reasonably helpful. The housekeeping is okay, though the maintenance seems just so so. The move in process was not smooth. The meals look appealing. My suggestions for improvement is to have an online pay portal for rent, a field application for reporting maintenance issues, and an online activity calendar. In terms of recommending Village at Primacy Place to others, I think I would.

We have been Very pleased with [name removed] care at the Village at Primacy Place. Michael is happy living there, (and he can be somewhat difficult to please). The most important marker for the quality of his care is that [name removed] would typically have to go to the ER, every 3-4 weeks, sometimes leading to extended ICU stays. Since living at Primacy Place, (date removed), he has not had one major event requiring him to go to the ER!! Thank you to you and the Awesome Staff for the excellent care you are giving to our brother [name removed]!!

My experience there was was a short term (30 day) stay for my Mother after hip replacement surgery. She was very well cared for there. Staff was excellent, friendly and knowledgeable. Always there quickly when called. They went the extra mile to get my Mom up and about. At first she didn't want to get out of her room but before she left she was enjoying going to dinner and the company of her dinner partners The accommodations were excellent, clean and comfortable. The grounds are well kept and enjoyable. The food was mostly good, some meals could have been better prepared. I wouldn't describe the meals as gourmet. If my Mother ever needs assisted living again, I will most definitely choose The Village at Primacy Parkway.
