I thought The Parker was nice. I had a meeting with the manager that day and she was just outstanding. The community was a close second, but I thought the staff was the best. The place was well maintained. Great entrance. Super leadership. The caregivers were dressed in uniform, and they were seen helping the people more than normal. The community struck me with what I saw as the best for attendants' care. The apartments were well-sized and good layout. The only negative is that I don't like multiple levels. There were three or four levels. My mom has some walking issues, so I was a little concerned about that.

Most of all I liked their one line item billing.

The Parker gets all 5 stars. Appearance, cleanliness, food and friendliness of staff all outstanding. My family member has not had a single complaint in his time there since admission!
