Thanks to Daphne and the staff with all you did to help my Mom with her rehab. We really appreciate your professionalism & work. Thank you.

I have worked for Dover Rehab since 2017. In that time I have gained a family that I will always love to have! They support those who further their education including pursuing MNA and RN as I am now. They gave me a flexible sheduale for school and are beyond compassionate and caring. Shortly after coming back per diem after leaving for under a year my mother passed away somewhat suddenly and they sent me messages of love and support some being floor staff others being my DON, ADON,Sheduler and my Administrator. Coming back fulltime was the best decision I made as this is my second home where we are all welcomed and loved and supported. The residents look forward to seeing us everyday and we connect with them. The smiles from the residents makes my day! It''s a good family foundation for new and experienced LNA''s, nurses MNA''s etc. My mom stayed here two times a few years ago and was going through respiratory therapy and physical therapy. The PT department had AMAZING patience with her. Not only did they have patience with her but as did Chuck from Respritory Therapy and June the nurse. Chuck and June met all her needs giving all the patience and more to make her feel heard on her worries. June was not just her nurse but also a listening ear as my mom was in the process of being diagnosed and was emotionally upset. June supported her as well as all the staff but loved June like a friend.

I''ve worked as a Nurse for Dover rehab over the years and have found it to be my foundation in my career. My co workers have been very supportive along with my DON, and ADMINISTRATOR, with me and my work ethics and knowledge. Team work is core to any foundation in a medical facility and Dover strives for that . I''m happy with the path Dover rehab has me on and I have filled in for many positive positions through out the years , such as admissions nurse , weekend supervisor, and 2nd shift supervisor . I have currently come back to Dover after being an infections control nurse staff development from another building during Covid 19 outbreak, along with having to fill in as unit manager at that other facility. Being at Dover has been less stressful for me knowing the compassion and support the team gives to employees is undoubtedly more than others out there do. I must say Dover Center for Health and Rehabilitation is a great place to work overall.

DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES TO THIS PLACE unless you want them to die here which is what will happen if you leave them in the care of the incompetent staff. Every single person should be investigated and fired. Seriously this place should be shut down. They do not care about your family, it’s all about money for them. Unbelievable, disgusting place. I’ve seen first hand how they treat their residents and I will absolutely do my best to get the state involved. Cannot wrap my head around the fact that this h*ll hole is even allowed to operate.
Read moreLove working here, the nurses and staff are attentive and kind to the residents. Housekeeping staff works very hard to keep the facility clean for the residents and staff. Highly recommend this facility!!
Management is rude and treats their staff terribly. Do not send your loved one here especially for long term. Management is rude and treats their staff terribly. Do not send your loved one here especially for long term. Besides a few nurses who have been there for years and are actually dedicated to the residents, the place only cares about money in their pockets. Go to any other rehab or nursing home and I promise they are better than this place.
