We picked this community, because it was only memory care, not a combined facility. Also it was a nice new building (3 yrs old) that seemed (and proved to be) a comfortable and happy place. I would recommend Spring Village to anyone. Staff is TOPS. Smart, kind, caring and there for the residents...
We picked this community, because it was only memory care, not a combined facility. Also it was a nice new building (3 yrs old) that seemed (and proved to be) a comfortable and happy place. I would recommend Spring Village to anyone. Staff is TOPS. Smart, kind, caring and there for the residents...from the cleaners to the directors...they are a team. I recommend Spring Village all the time, same as I recommend A Place for Mom.

Spring Village describes services they do not offer. Their staff changes constantly which is a red flag. They increased pricing 10% this past year and now charge for their once complimentary shuttle service. They have a law suit from a family who loved one died under their watch, apparently due to a fall. Newspaper stated 13 falls in a short period of time. The parent company had a lawsuit in VT and the facility was closed and they are not allowed to do business in that state. Beware!
Read moreI love the family feel of this community. The staff really cares about the residents and staff. The music playing throughout the building, the great food and activities make it feel like home! I would recommend this community for anyone looking for a loved one!
I moved my grandmother into this community a few months ago and it has been the best decision I have made. The staff are very kind, caring, and compassionate. I cant thank them enough for all of their assistance. I will be forever grateful. Highly recommend Spring Village at Dover.
