Doesn''t get much worse than this place. My mother was a resident for about 2 years, and none of the staff took a personal interest in my mother''s welfare. Even after repeated interactions, they always treated me and my mother like it was the first time we ever met, the kind of shallow regard you might get from a used car salesman. The nurses were always, I mean always too distracted to even answer simple questions, let alone address significant issues. If it wasn''t an emergency, they were too busy to help. I attended a few of their "care meetings," which were no more than exercises in futility. I removed my mother after 2 years. The final insult was that they sent me a hot check for $479.00, which was left over money in my mother''s account when I removed her. I called the manger, David Hagan, who said he would take care if it, but then he never followed up with me or returned any of my subsequent calls. Save yourself a lot of trouble and find another place for your loved one.

Hi my name is Cyndi I’m currently the Admissions Director for this facility. I want to thank you for taking the time on going over the reviews, as some ain’t the best of them I want to say it has help us do better. We are always open for opportunities I apologize for those bad experiences some families had, but we are doing everything we possibly can to help our residents and our staff feel a little back to normal unfortunately with the pandemic many things have change. Please feel free to call our facility for a tour or any information you might need. Give us the opportunity to take care of you or your loved one. Blessings ❤️

I came to rehab from the hospital. There were nunerous people greeting when I arrived. Their interest in my needs was very comforting to me. I was told what was going to happen and when something needed to be changed I was notified. I had several ambulance rides back to the hospital and there was never a delay. The food was varied and healthy. Especially thier choice of vegetables everyday steamed. Made many fruends.

Committed, professional staff. Four and a half stars! From the nurses to the CNAs to therapists, housekeepers, activity aides, and food service, every employee has a kind word. Administrators constantly checked on my comfort and progress after knee surgery. The food: some meals are boring; others are stellar. Lemon pepper chicken, manicotti, pork chops, and chicken fried steak are all tasty. The facility changed food managers partway through my stay, and the food, especially the vegetables, improved immediately. Food arrived more timely after the change (always late before). As for cleanliness, aides are constantly emptying room trash bins, and housekeeping comes through twice a day to clean floors and bathrooms. The common areas are clean, as well. The hall nurses and medication nurses and aides were attentive to my needs. Physical therapy and occupational therapy combine kindness with practical "pushing." Laundry service is rapid, sometimes same day. I withheld the fifth star, because of this facility''s outdated call button system (no intercom feature), which causes unnecessary delays. Thank you for your kind care.
