I WOULD RECOMMEND OAKWOOD HEALTH SERVICES TO ANYONE THAT NEEDS A NURSING HOME FOR THERE LOVED ONES ❤ MY MOM WAS THERE MANY TIMES MY BROTHER SCOTT WAS ALSO THERE AND ALSO SOME OF MY OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS AND FRIENDS THE STAFF THERE ARE AWESOME CAREGIVERS EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM YES THERE WAS SOMETIMES A WAIT TO GET A NURSE OR AIDE IN THE ROOM TO TAKE THEM TO THE BATHROOM OR GIVE THEM THERE MEDS BUT I HAVE BEEN TO SEVERAL NURSING HOMES AND THERE IS A WAIT THERE TO MY MOM NEVER WANTED TO GO TO ANY NURSING HOME BUT SHE KNEW EVERYTIME SHE WENT IN SHE WOULD GET TO GO HOME BECAUSE OF THE AWESOME THEREPY PEOPLE THEY HAVE THERE IF MY MOM WAS STILL LIVING AND NEEDED A NURSING HOME FOR REHAB THAT''S WHERE WE WOULD TAKE HER BACK TO CAUSE MY BROTHER''S AND I ALWAYS KNEW SHE WAS GETTING AWESOME CARE I LIKE OAKWOOD HEALTH SERVICES AND ALL THE AWESOME WORKER''S AND ALL THE WONDERFUL RESIDENTS THAT NOW I LIKE TO HELP VOLUNTEER THERE SO IF YOU EVER NEED A GREAT AMAZING AWESOME NURSING HOME FOR YOUR LOVED ONES ❤ I WOULD SAY OAKWOOD HEALTH SERVICES IS THE BEST
Read moreA few things. First they starved my great grandma to death then wouldn’t give my grandma oxygen when she asked for it. Avoid this place if you can. They’re under staffed and have no business even being open.
Needed to ring for a nurse several times to get a response. No one cared. One person would tell you one thing the next would tell you another. Would not recommend this place at all.
They do not put the needs of there patients first, certain things needed to be done medically and was neglected. They also have people in there and some can''t handle the cold very well due to underlying health conditions and they seem to care less!
This place needs to keep the patient in mind and make sure the needs of the patient are met. They have dropped off patients at our facility alone, who should not be left alone, and some that can not communicate themselves.
