Heritage Court Eau Claire: Amenity-Rich Memory Care in Wisconsin
Heritage Court Eau Claire offers a secure, welcoming and lovely place to call home for loved ones with Alzheimer’s and other forms of memory loss. The person-centered Heritage Memory Care program takes a holistic approach to dementia care, with daily opportunities for social connection, spiritual fulfillment, occupational engagement and physical fitness. Residents spend their days doing exercise sessions, gardening in the greenhouse, doing arts and crafts projects and participating in the baking club.
Since this community was purpose-built for dementia care, it features an uncomplicated design that lets older adults stroll freely through their environment. There’s a secure courtyard for relaxing outdoors, and residents create shadow boxes with personal items as wayfaring signs. In addition, there are no dead ends, which can often lead to confusion. Loved ones also benefit from a spa room, serene sitting spaces and a cozy common area with a fireplace.
Enhanced Assisted Living Services at Heritage Court Eau Claire
Heritage Court Eau Claire also offers enhanced assisted living, a care level for older adults who need more support than traditional assisted living but don’t require skilled nursing care. Families know that their loved one is in good hands with 24-hour caregiver supervision, a full-time licensed nurse on staff, continuous training, and individualized emergency call pendants. They can offer a wide range of support services, from bathing and dressing to grooming and medication administration — seniors can add all of these to a care plan, which residents and family members can alter as needs change.
Older adults at Heritage Court Eau Claire also enjoy outings to shop, dine and explore the Eau Claire area. Near the community are Putnam Park, the Chippewa Valley Museum and Oakwood Mall.
If you think your loved one would thrive at Heritage Court Eau Claire, FamilyAssets can help you navigate the process. Chat with our team to request more information, see updated prices for care and arrange a community tour.

We were coming out of state and my daughter toured a few places. Heritage Court had a room open up at the right time. We liked their ability to talk about what they like to do with the residents. The staff have been pretty good with communication with the families. On the weekends there are not many activities going on so they are a little slow. Overall I would recommend them to others looking for memory care for their loved ones.

Heritage Court Eau Claire was good. The memory care facility was very nice. It was kind of set up like in a block where residents could walk around the facility. They had sitting areas with different themes in four different areas, and they were very nice too. The room sizes were a little bit smaller, but they had activities for the residents. Also, they had a very nice garden and patio where they could sit and just be outside for a while if they wanted to. The person who toured us was nice and informative.
Read moreWe chose Heritage Court because I got more of a comfortable feeling when I toured it. The room sizes at the facility are adequate for what we need it for. I would recommend to others looking.

I like the pictures with their family members posted outside their rooms.
