My mom worked here and she’s still missing her paycheck from December 2023. It’s already April and she’s still having a hard time getting it because the manager and HR refused to work with her. They told her to look for the said check in USPS and UPS but both times they said they didn’t have the said envelope. I know it’s not a lot of money but that is HARD EARNED money. When she talked to the manager, her manager told her that “administration doesn’t want her helping” my mom. That’s saying a lot for a company that states they “help” people.

My parents have been residents since 4/2020. They moved in during COVID. They really enjoy their lives at the Colonnades. They have made many friends. What really stands out to me is the care and attention the staff provides to the residents. I went to dinner last Wed, and the dining room was VERY busy. The staff was out numbered. We arrived a bit late, and there was no open table. However, Faith was able to set a table within minutes. We got our beverages in a timely manner and we''re served yummy dinners shortly thereafter. We were so impressed with the teamwork and care and courtesy we were shown. Chef had the kitchen running like a well oiled machine. Thank you FAITH! Thank you CHEF! Thank you to your amazing team!
