I picked up a shift at this facility through agency at 2AM. When I arrived at 6AM, my name was not on the schedule. When I contacted the on call personnel, “Kandy” and she stated I could work their Covid hall. I told her they did not state they had Covid on the app and I would gladly work it for...
I picked up a shift at this facility through agency at 2AM. When I arrived at 6AM, my name was not on the schedule. When I contacted the on call personnel, “Kandy” and she stated I could work their Covid hall. I told her they did not state they had Covid on the app and I would gladly work it for an increase in pay. She then stated no, it is fine she would cancel the shift. I went out to my car and waited a few minutes then contacted her once more about canceling the shift and she told me to contact someone else. I then texted her to attempt to get in writing her agreement to cancel me and she would not respond to my future 3 texts. The facility then reported me a no-call, no show. I contacted my agency and they stated once cleared with the facility it would be taken care of. Kandy reported she did not offer for me to work their Covid hall and I just left. As a result, I was suspended from my agency for a week. This is not ok. I am extremely disappointed in this incident as I not only did not get paid for coming to the facility, but I was lied on and taken away from making my obligated shifts for the remainder of the week. Please be aware that they may do this to agency staff. This is so wrong and I wish it was someone I could speak to to resolve this.

DO NOT send your family member or loved ones to this awful facility. As you walk down the hallway you can hear seniors that have soiled themselves crying out for help. They are completely ignored and left to sit in their own filth for hours. The staff uses tap water for feeding tubes. And the Director of Nursing Michelle will ignore all of your complaints. She will roll her eyes as you are explaining how the patients are being mistreated. My father-in-law was recently released from this facility and they refuse to send the paper work that is needed to his home health care companies to get him the home care that he needs. He was severely mistreated when he was staying there because he did not speak English. If a patient pushes an emergency button for help they will be left for hours until someone feels like attending to them. I would not wish for anyone to experience this kind of treatment. Me & my husband has been yelled at by the staff. And they blatantly neglect their patients.

I have been in the healthcare industry for nearly 8 years. I have worked and seen many skilled nursing facilities. Many of which are old and need a lot of repair. This facility is gorgeous. The amazing part about this facility is how much the staff truly cares. The therapy team is outstanding, the nurses and aides truly care, housekeepers pay close attention to detail. They take covid extremely seriously and have done a great job protecting those that they are entrusted to take care of. 5/5 stars!

Visited my brother at this facility. Check in and out procedures were comprehensive and facility appeared clean and covid precautions carried out well. Staff seemed attentive and caring.
