Everytime I went I’ve had to ask for my grandfather to be cleaned, etc. They at least fed him, but for him to contract a life changing disease just being in their care. Horrible place!!!! And as a healthcare worker myself, I see what they do wrong. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

Heartland made the transition from the Hospital to their facility for our two elderly family members easier than expected. Everyone from administration, nurses, aides to the therapists and food staff made us all feel welcomed and took excellent care of us. Cheyenne Hall assisted me with the smallest detail to assure my and our family members’ comfort. The admin staff made sure I understood all the paperwork and listened to my concerns. Having been my first time in dealing with this type of situation, they were extremely patient and helpful. The nursing staff went above and beyond their regular duties to care for all of us. Christie built a rapport with us and Everyone rallied around us during this difficult time. If you or your loved ones need rehab, you will be well cared for at Heartland.
