The worst job I’ve ever worked at. Rebecca the manager in house keeping, has no respect for her employees privacy. She will tell everyone what’s going on with you. Never sends anyone to help until the last minute. Gossip in the whole department and a lot of unfair treatment. They don’t care about their employees period. Save your time and go somewhere else. Nurses are rude and so is dietary.

My Father in law is here now. Since April for rehab. The doctors stink at their job. They do not stay aware of what''s happening with the patients. My FIL has been sent to the hospital several times due to fluid increase and was sent after 10lb gain in a week where the nurse informed them at 5lb in 2 days. No med changes were made. Then when Hospital gets him under control sends him back with a weight goal, doctors didn''t ween him off so dried him out and had to go back to hospital where they said this happens continually because these doctors do not pay attention at the nursing home. There is a lack of care. And I''m just going to say this, just because someone is nice when you talk to them does not mean they care about you!!

This place is absolutely appalling. I can’t believe the complete lack of attention for the people that pay to be here. I have a family member there and when I am here and I have a concern about my loved one I am meet with attitude and a closed ear. They do not care. This is just a paycheck for the employees here. I was at Lucy Corr today and there was an elderly lady aimlessly walking around the hallways not knowing where she was. I helped her to her room twice! And while I was in the hallways o didn’t see ONE NURSE. Do NOT place your loved ones here. You will regret it.

Lucy Corr should be a place where the elderly can enjoy retirement or being rebilitated. What I saw was employees walking around, but the bare minimum interaction with patience. Major lack of caring. Chesterfield County or government aren''t doing their job on making sure Lucy Corr facility is doing that. I know Colonial Heights facility is the same way. Major problem that needs to be addressed by congress or someone. Now, I know why my mom left working there along time ago. She cared. Couldn''t stand how patience were being taken cared.
