My aunt went here for rehab after hip fx went home after 6 weeks of therapy. She then fell at home and broke her arm and chose to go back to Heavener she loved it so much. Staff was so good to all of us. Good food, activities and amazing staff. Facility is soo clean and nice!
My dad stayed here for a knee replacement rehab and loved it. When I visited the staff was always very friendly and the place was clean. Would definitely recommend.

Ive let her know that I would be up there June 25th to go over the whole situation and when I got there she was nowhere to be found. She had already left. She wont return none of my calls. I havent been told I was fired. So I''ve sat here for about 3 weeks now wondering whats going on. John could you please give me a call? I''ve asked for your number and they refused because I contacted HR via messenger (only because I dont get anywhere with them via telephone)
