Excellent service 👏
Even on New Year’s Day, the staff is happy and interacting with the residents. Thank you all so much for everything you do for my mother. ❤️

And every room on my mom's side of the building gets water in it when it rains. They just put absorbing mats down. There is also not sufficient enough staffing either. Far as laundry, they have caused bleach stains on some items and shrunk quite a few items as well.

I toured The Crossings at Ironbridge. The staff were very friendly. The facility was very well-kept and well-maintained. I was impressed because the staff knew the residents by their names, so I liked that. They could have pets there. I didn't try the food, but they have two dining facilities, one upstairs and one downstairs. They don't have a lot of amenities, but they have a courtyard like an outside tent where the residents could go when the weather is warmer. I didn't get to see any activities that day, but they have a schedule of activities that they do like exercising, bible study, bingo, and things of that nature.
Read moreI had no real issues with this facility at all. They gave us a great tour with all the information we could have needed and did a good job thoroughly showing us around and what they had to offer. We just felt a strong pull from another facility so we went with our gut.
