My parents lived here for a while. The place is inexpensive based on other facilities. It is all independent. They provide house cleaning every other week when they show up. If you are not home you are skipped. They did not give them a time when they would be cleaning so they had to stay home until they came if they came. There are 3 meals a day included. Breakfast was good, the rest of the meals were really bad per my parents and other guests I talked to. We had to cook them meals and put them in the freezer for them so they had food when needed. The apartments are a nice size, the people who live there are nice, but lots of gossip. Management well that is another story. There is one manager Mary who is extremely cold. The activity director Elaine is great and also one of the managers Michelle is nice. When you ask management to have something fixed they would say ok and once in a while it would actually get fixed. Jared is the handy man and he was great. We would usually go directly to him so it would get done. Main office was a nightmare, incorrect billing many times. Village did not have a contact to get things straightened out they had to call a customer service number. They even would skip autopay and then try to give you a late fee. They put my moms rent in the wrong account and gave us a late fee. What a nightmare. Underground parking is included and also a storage locker if available.

We felt very comfortable with Holiday Village at the Falls. My only concern was that they don't have any other sequential places to put my father in should he start declining. They didn't have any higher levels of care there. Other than that, we were very pleased with how Vicki worked with us. The tour around the facility was very, very nice. They did have a lot of other things included that I was very pleased about, as far as the call buttons and check-ins and whatnot. Vicki was very informative, very knowledgeable, and very pleasant to work with as we toured around the facility. We thought she did a great job. They gave my father a fresh homemade blueberry pie that was just delicious. He enjoyed that and I thought that was very, very nice. The place was very clean and they had a lot of things to share with us as far as meal programs. They sent us home with a whole month's worth of menus and recreational activities. The pendant call button was especially important to me.

Holiday Village at the Falls is lovely. I thought it was a wonderful community. Everything is included in your rent like utilities and three wonderful meals a day. I stayed for lunch, and it was fabulous. There are a lot of activities and things. And they also give you a Lively Mobile Pendant for you if you fall or something. You don't have to be right there in the community to wear that. Anywhere in the United States, it would work. I think it's a good place to live. The apartment I only looked at was the smallest one-bedroom apartment because that's what I wanted to look at, and it was nice. It had a nice kitchenette, a dishwasher, and a microwave disposal. I like the electric range. I plan on downsizing a lot, so considering all the amenities and everything that's going on there, that tiny apartment is just fine for me. If I chose to move there, I wouldn't stay in my apartment for very long because there are a lot of things to do outside. The staff I met were very cordial and helpful. They even called me back and left a message today that they enjoyed my visit and that they'll keep in touch when it gets closer to when I want to move and hope that I choose them for my living option. The food was very good. It wasn't like institution food or anything like that. It was like dining out in a restaurant. There were servers and they waited on you, and then they had different choices.

My sister was previously a resident at Holiday Village at the Falls. The staff was definitely nice. Unfortunately, when we moved my sister in, they were understaffed so no one actually walked us up to her apartment. They really didn't reacquaint her where everything was and really didn't introduce her to any one for lunch so she would know who she was sitting with. That was my only disappointment!

Holiday Village at the Falls was nice and clean. They had a craft room and a puzzle room. The apartments were nice with a washer and dryer hookup and a balcony. The bathrooms were all handicap-accessible. The staff was great. They gave us a whole lot of information. They had an exercise room, a library, a parking garage, a walking path around the building, and a barbecue out in the back. They would provide 3 meals a day. We had a meal there and it was nice. They would provide transportation to doctors' appointments and shopping.

Holiday Village at the Falls was very bright, clean, and quite inviting. When we came in, we were asked right away if there was something they could do to help us. The grounds are very clean. The painting on the walls and stuff is very bright, and I like that. There are lots of window lights. The amenities that I was looking for were a first-floor apartment with patio doors because I have two dogs, and I was also looking for washer and dryer hookups, and they offered all of those. The staff who accommodated was more than wonderful. She bent over backwards answering questions and giving us information. They gave us a little folder with more information. We did not go into pricing really well because it was only our first visit. We are planning on going back for another in-depth visit before we make our final decision. The dining area was very nice. We were there for lunch and the food was very good. We were given a choice of several entrees. They tell you what their main one is, and then they give you a couple of other choices. The food was excellent. The dining room was clean and very bright. The tables had tablecloths on them, and there were cloth napkins. It was dressed beautifully for a senior facility. The staff were very knowledgeable.
