I had a very good day working at Lorien Encore. I told the medicine aid that I''m going to start picking up more shifts at Lorien Encore. The patients I worked with was so nice and pleasant. And Lorien Encore is nice and clean compared to most facilities. This was my 2nd time working that facility and I hope I have more opportunities to pick up more shifts there at Lorien Encore. The staff members were very nice and they do work as a team. I love it.
Read moreIt has been very stressful in which I know Covid doesn’t help matters. Staff turnover, Nurses and GNAs not getting along, hard to get help for love one when needed, condition of rooms to name a few things. I continue to pray that things will turn around for the residents.
