My brother was sent here just to get his strength back and get back to walking with his walker after his recovery from Covid. He was there 5 days and my family could tell that he was not being cared for the way he should be. By day 10 we found a new facility with excellent care. He was up and walking within 3 days. I would never even consider sending anyone to Crossroads, not even my dog. I did not want to give this place any stars but I couldn’t post this without 1.

Brandon is vary good at what he does as a med tech Cody, Josh, Joey, Tristian, Abby, Anastasia, Breanna, Kim, Mel, Sheryl, Natasha, Tim, Amy, Sarah, Hope, Emily, Erica, David, Racheal, Maddie, gabby, Justine, many other others are special in their only way. the therapy program is vary good in my opinion.

The staff communication, zoom call set-ups, and the accommodations were GREAT. Being that I''m 1200 miles away, the staff were extremely helpful and put my mind and heart at ease. Maybe you could keep better eyes on them but appreciate y''all''s responsible check with calling family when accidents happen overall I''d say y''all are better than most public choice''s
