I just wanted to take a minute to say that Ellicott City Healthcare Center has exemplified what it means to be all star service. Years ago, my friend''s dad "Flex" Douglasson made progress from bedbound to using a cane to walk 250 feet with supervision in about a month. On the 31st day it was his birthday and we all waited in the cafeteria while he made his entrance to his favorite song "Fly Like An Eagle" where we flapped our arms in excitement. Thank you to everyone who helped my friend SOAR to victory in his Vision Quest. You''re all heroes.
