Then she picked up Covid at this place we had to visit her through the window as she was starting to fall asleep and fall out of her chair we kept calling to have them put her in bed but of course no one ever picks up. I was a patient in rehab for several weeks. The food was not very good. The facility needs a facial (!) but: rehab staff, CNAs, RNs, Administration are wonderful people. I found them to be kind, patient, and professional. When I was admitted I had preconceived ideas — I was glad to see my preconceptions were wrong. They have challenging jobs with challenging personalities. Congratulations to all of you! ❤️🌺

I wouldn’t put my dog in this place. For 3 yrs between stays at my home and her assisted living place in Florida we kept her safe. Six days and she got Covid here. No excuses for it this go around. Obvious precautions were not taken Then because she refused her medication they sent her to the hospital without informing me. I was blind sighted by the hospital call. Btw all they needed to do was call me and I could have given them the authority to give her, Her medication despite her refusal. It’s called being her Health Care Surrogate, it’s a legal document the person I talked to had no clue about. My advise stay away from this h-// hole
Read moreI provide their pest control service on a monthly basis. The building is bug free and the staff is very friendly. I would be confident to let my parents go there.
My family was a patient there, therapy was great staff was very attentive, social services was wonderful handled all the DME that I needed prior to discharge. Staff always kept our family aware of her status. I would highly recommend any family to for this center.
Briefly did clinical trials here and the care the residents receive along with the shape of the building is a travesty. My heart goes out to the residents stuck here. Please don’t send your loved ones here if you can help it
