I was at Cerenity Care in June & July last year (2021). First time it was great, lots of attention due to my recovery for a total spine fusion. Repeated it in July for a broken foot. It was terrible! Nurse told me there was a staff to patient ratio of 20 to 1. I left after less than 24 hrs. New management, I guess. It really highlights the fact that MN doesn’t have a regulation for that. Despite my above outburst, the food was fabulous! I’m still thinking about the macaroni salad!

Just goes up 3 to 4 percent a year, automatically.

My guess is anyone giving Cerenity a few stars is not in the health care field. I am a nurse. My uncle has lived there for the past three years.. He is very happy there. I have worked in long term health care my whole career. I have been to terrible care homes, this is not one of them. The staff is caring and responsive. It would be great to have family members work along side the staff for just one day. I am sure it would give them a better perspective on what actually happens. I can not believe someone gave one star for some phone trouble. I think that says more about the person writing the review than about how their loved one is cared for.
