What we like the most about the Elk Ridge community is the loving and caring staff as well as the music. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far. Friends and family repeatedly comment on how nice a place this is.

I would tell others looking into Elk Ridge to label everything. Things tend to walk off with memory care. With that being said, leave valuable items with family. Beyond that my experience has ben very good. The room sizes are very good, but I think that more single rooms should be offered and at the same price as the shared rooms. I gave them a 3 due to missing things and lack of phone calls when my dad has to go to the ER.

The facility was very nice, and the staff took very good care of my loved one, along with hospice. My loved one was only there a few days. Overall, I probably would recommend to other families.
Elk Ridge Alzheimer's Special Care Center was a good place for my loved one, but there were definitely some deficiencies. My loved one truly needed more care than they could provide. I would recommend this facility to friends and family, depending on level of care needs.

The staff here are very kind and patient, I'm always seeing them interacting with patients. They have a lovely care team. I like that it's a small facility, they seem to have enough staff, which is critical. It's a good facility and I would recommend them to others. My mother's mattress isn't good at Elk Ridge, my biggest complaint. She doesn't always like the food, and she gained an alarming amount of weight... these are our only issues.
