Live Your Best Life at Blossom Valley
At Blossom Valley, an assisted living community in the heart of Washington’s apple country, older adults are making their golden years great. Stop by, and you’ll find them fully involved in the daily activities program, which provides opportunities to learn, grow, relax and socialize daily. Regular activities include ice cream socials, lively bingo games, movie nights, live music, and arts and crafts sessions. When they’re not having fun with the events calendar, they’re relaxing with friends on the porch, reading a good book in the library or using the community’s transportation services to explore Wenatchee and the surrounding areas.
Out and about, older adults enjoy strolling around Wenatchee Riverfront Park, engaging with the region’s past at the Wenatchee Valley Museum & Cultural Center and shopping and eating at the beautiful Pybus Public Market. Every year, the Washington State Apple Blossom Festival brings visitors from across the country.

The staff at Blossom Valley have been there for a long time. It's a newer facility. The staff was very positive, upbeat, experienced, and interacted extremely well with patients. There was a high level of personal involvement. They had a soda fountain. They had a small little garden outside and not a lot of outdoor facilities. They had a gathering area, a dining room, and a hairstyling salon. The person who took me on the tour was the lead administrator. They made it a point that the staff members are cross-trained. They don't make distinctions between staff members based on the job description. They don't turn away from a resident because it's not their job, which I found unique.

Let me start of by saying I'd never place my loved ones here. Between the bed bugs that were infesting multiple people and families were not notified, to medication errors being covered up which the meds missed or not given were life saving medications. Management there takes rotation on bonuses for all move ins, treat their staff like they are less than, feed meals to residents that are so small in portion no wonder our loved ones are losing weight there. It's not about their employees or residents it's about taking your money.
