The place itself is very clean. The staff is always good. The only issue I''m having is they don''t have anyone to answer the phone on Sundays. I''ve been trying to call my mother for 3 days and seems to be having issues with their phone system.

09/05/2020- my dad is at facility for end of life care and I arrive at midnight. One staff member is playing on phone. My father is unable to move and needs rotated every two hours. Rotation not completed until 10 after 3 and I had to ask for the rotation and cleaning. Staff asked me what position he should be in. I explained I did not know. Normally the next position in the rotation. When I went out one person was sleeping and the other was on phone. One person was laying in a chair on phone and indicated she had checked out for the day. I have not seen nurse and father needs his morphine. Sad night. Good news not everyday or night was this way!

Nursing staff are compassionate, caring, and your opinion matters. Therapies are the reason i keep coming back here. They are creative, caring and personable. Kitchen food is the best food of any other facility. The kitchen has a long list of alternative meal choices. Administrative employees are amazing and they are efficient at helping you with your need. CNA''s are fantastic very competent, and experienced. House keepers are very personable very hard working and thorough. Laundry is. Outstanding in getting your clothes back to you by the next day. Activities department offers a variety of creative activities appropriate for all ages. Activities invite you daily to participate and you can decline without any grief. My favorite activity was making a tie dye shirt. The maintenance man is adept at meeting your needs in a timely manner for example, when i arrived i made the request for bedrails and in a manner of minutes the bedrails were up. Administrator is professional and checked in on me about once a week to see how i was doing and if i needed anything. Overall i promise you you will not be disappointed when you choose Regency. Most importantly, there are no COVID19 cases.

A extremely close friend got sick very quickly. The staff was incredible. He went downhill very rapidly. We placed him on hospice and the staff was extremely helpful on understanding the care plan what we could expect to see as he declined. The place is very very clean and looks like a high end hotel. The food is pretty good. I honestly can not say enough good things about Regency. If you have a loved one or super close friend that needs a nursing home or rehab facility I highly recommend Regency.
