After having problems with several caregivers from this company, and complaining to the company, they finally sent Rosie. She is the best caregiver that my husband has had in over 5 years. She is caring, diligent, and does her job to the T. She is the only one who thoroughly gave my husband a bath, disinfected his bed and room and organized all of his clothes and medications. She did the wash, folded his clothes and linens and placed them in his room, where they are readily available. She mopped the floors, and disinfected his urinal, which had never been cleaned before. Now if only she would be available preferably, 5 days a week or at least 3 days, I would be very satisfied. If we had Rosie at least 5 days a week I would give the company 5 stars. For now I give them 4 stars because the other caregivers just don’t do a complete and thorough job.

They have given our family peace of mind, which is so comforting knowing we no longer have to worry about our loved one not getting the proper care she deserves! I highly recommend them!

One aide swindled an elderly man out of some money & the current one who has been coming for quite some time does nothing but sit & socialize and uses it as a counseling session about her bad marriage & having no financial help from her husband, her awful mother in law, etc. She''s never here on time & the whole reason the time frame was set up as it is is because he is diabetic and she is to fix him lunch. Can''t even get her here to do that most days & like I said, when she is here she just sits and talks and isn''t even here for what''s supposed to be the duration of her visit.
