After we made the decision, an acquaintance of mine told me his mother was in Avemere, and since Covid things really changed there and he wasn't very happy.
Read moreMy Aunt lost her 2 ct diamond ring somewhere in Avamere. This was her wedding ring of her late Husband of 65 years. Nobody at Avamere really cares. I’m pretty sure it has been found and we will never see it again.
We(my wife and I) have lunch in the dining room to be able to socialize with our neighbors. Then we prepare our own evening meal. We really enjoy the musical programs. Suggestion: maybe a musical group could be formed with the residents.
Have lived here since [date removed]. This is a great place in my home town. It is very close to family and friends in Wenatchee. everyone here is so friendly and the food is wonderful. I couldn't be any happier.
I have lived here many years in the assisted living apartments. Love working with the young care givers. They are all so nice. I also like interacting with all the other residents. I took on the roll of "paperboy" delivering all the newspapers. A great way to meet all the residents.
This place has given me a little bit of my home back. I have a great patio and view, just like I had at home. The community was very welcoming and I have made many new friends.
