Best nursing home in Chicago I will recommend anybody in need to take their family members there the staff is beautiful the people are great!!!
In this difficult times especially during the pandemic wherein to do what nobody else will do, in a way that nobody else can do in spite of all that they have to go through to provide the needed care of the residents, Balmoral Nursing Home is there.
This is a very nice nursing home facility. They have the best staffing team working together to give great quality care to all of their residents. Everyone is so loving and caring at balmoral nursing home.
When the pandemic hit the US soil. there are few facilities (nursing home) that able to tackle , manage the Covid19 efficiently & correctly and Thats Balmoral Nursing home. The Nursing staff , Therapy , Social Service , Admin are always there to cater your needs.
The nurses are professional and caring.
Tried reaching a resident several times today. I was hung up on twice. Once, the nurse on the third floor complained the phone was low on batteries and then refused to take my phone number for a call back. Then she hung up on me--this seems to be what they do there. Ridiculous.
