The staff members at the community can be quite demanding, but they are sow to follow up with my requests when they are made. They will give me deadlines but I have been waiting for two weeks for someone to help me with my refrigerator.
Nice facilities. Walk-in shower would be safe. Pleasant staff. Utilities included is a good benefit.

My mother has lived at Senior Suites of Ravenswood Manor for over 20 years. She was happy here until bed bugs moved in. After the 1st round of treatments, my mother found bugs. Management insisted she was seeing things. Finally, they conceded her unit was infested. Inspections & treatments were poor...
My mother has lived at Senior Suites of Ravenswood Manor for over 20 years. She was happy here until bed bugs moved in. After the 1st round of treatments, my mother found bugs. Management insisted she was seeing things. Finally, they conceded her unit was infested. Inspections & treatments were poorly scheduled w/ insufficient communications & no shows throughout this 2-year ordeal. The story now is that tenants were "refusing entry' for exterminators. That is not true in my mother's case. She has never denied entry. We've spent thousands to remedy this, including lawyer fees. Their insurance, Travelers, stated the bldg was not at fault & refuses to compensate us for any costs. They refuse to remove carpet & inspect the floors underneath where bed bugs hide & survive treatment. They required that her bed be removed & this 86-year-old woman slept on a couch for months w/ her possession in storage. Now, I'm trying to get confirmation that the unit is clear & emails are ignored. AVOID.
