They have meal plans, but you are free to cook for yourself.ď The laundry room over flowed and soaked my carpeting. The elevators were often slow, crowded and broke down often. I didn''t feel safe one of the janitors showed up on a Sunday his day off demanding to be let in and he had a buzz saw in his hands I heard him testing it before he knocked. Obviously I didn''t let him in.Don''t use their medical services go outside to a hospital or doctors office. Seniors we need to come together to build our own places and hire staff properly vetted for our care. For profit care cares only for profit. I am looking to purchase a building and am working on a plan for interested stake holders who want better living in their golden years.

I knew it was going to be a good move when I sold my house the day it went on the market. I used Dawson Relocation services for help with downsizing, packing and unpacking. They were wonderful. Bradtke Movers had the truck loaded in 2 hours and unloaded in about 1.5 hours. By the end of the day, I only had 6 boxes to unpack. The staff at The Breakers were exceptional. Kristin Milton worked very hard to make sure the apartment was ready for me with the requested modifications. She was quite attentive to my every need. Penny Cato checked in frequently on moving day to make sure all was going well and has followed up on requests. The maintenance guys came on a Sunday(!) to fix some problems. The staff at the Concierge Desk have been very helpful in answering my questions and are quite friendly. I could not be more pleased with my move to The Breakers.

We toured The Breakers at Edgewater Beach. The general feeling is very positive. They provide month-to-month leases. They have three different apartment layouts from studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom. The facility is well maintained. They're doing some remodeling right now. They provide two meals a day as part of the lease. They do wellness checks every day. Because they're an independent living facility, they don't provide actual in-home care, but there are services available. They have a huge number of activities. First of all, they have a pool and fitness areas. They have bingo, other games, and lectures. They regularly take the residents out on various field trips. They provide transportation to different parts of the city. It's a great deal to do.
