Cant say enough how much we appreciate her defending my aunts rights! Look no further! This is an amazing , welcoming and VERY clean facility. I have toured 20 plus SNF for family members to enter for short term care PT/OT over the last 5 years.This is my top pick. ! I visited without appointment today. Elvis was kind enough to show me around even though it was end of the day.Rooms beautiful & spacious. Shower room warm and medically clean! The chapel peaceful & beautiful. The food smelt delicious.I would definitely choose for myself if I need OT/PT. The entire atmosphere feels like a spa! Staff very friendly & accomodating. My Aunt hasn''t completed her therapy yet. Absolutely abysmal negligence of care, responsibilities, and due-diligience of their roles for both the patients and families/loved ones. They''re clearly in it for the check. It shouldn''t take a week to get a call back from someone after repeated follow-ups, the family shouldn''t be the one dictating treatment plans and asking next steps to get no answer while they switch you to private pay to collect coin while also not providing the needed services. One word: incompetent.
