I been to this place several times. Im a friend of a family member who had their Dad as a patient here. My friend told me its a waste of time to leave a review, but after what I seen and heard I had to. I seen a lot, and heard a lot of things out of the staff own mouth. I heard nurses complaining to each other in the hallways about how bad it is here. The attitudes of the nurses, and some of the staff gossiping in the hallways. One conversation I heard in the hallway while visiting in my friends Dads room, was 2 Nurses talkin about the shortage of Nurses, and Administrators coming and going. One other visit I went with my friend because her Dad was in physical therapy downstairs (his therapist was an older looking woman physical therapist who had a hillbilly country accent) and my friend wanted to let her Dad know she bought him clothes. We stood out in the hallway at first watching through a window, but while we was there I saw another man having a hard time standing up and walkin, and this physical therapist was talking very rude to this man. she said "stand up straight, whats wrong with you?!" she was rude. he was finally able to start walking, and while she was walkin him she had her phone in her hand looking down at it! My friend ask her Dad about her and he say "she talk like that all the time to me and others. she always on her phone sitting at her desk while i''m on the machine that works your legs and arms" she''s awful. all the other therapists were sitting next to patients and were friendly, caring and respectful, but management is bad if they let this go on. Thank God my friends Dad not there no more, he gettin home health now. this place is run terrible.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Miracle Hill. Dad was at another facility in town for six months, and the attention and care he''s getting at Miracle Hill eclipses his previous experience. I find the staff and administration attentive and caring. Sure, this has an institutionalized look and feel to the facility, and it is less "glamorous" than other locations in town - but what it lacks in amenities it more than makes up in the areas that matter - comfort and care, as well as a focus on rehabilitation when helpful.

Worked here for two weeks, they require you to work long 12 hour shifts for low pay. I was told when I first started that the pay was based on experience. Then after conversing with another employee she told me that she had been an aide for a couple years longer than I have & was getting paid less than me. In orientation I was placed with an aide who had me doing all of her assignment so she could have an easy night. In my experience as a C.N.A. I would say this is one of the worse jobs I’ve worked.
