The absolute worst facility ever, I''ll NEVER recommend to anybody and if you truly love or care about your loved one don''t you DARE leave them in their care!!! My father was in their care after his surgery and had a really bad fall while recovering under their care due to their negligence. He then had to be rushed back to the hospital due to the fall and NOBODY from their facility bothered to call us to see how he is doing or to render an apology. The aids are lazy and rude, they always claim that they are "short staffed", and nobody takes accountability when things happen or are reported. They barely change or give the residents a bath, they leave them unattended for long periods of time and the rooms are often left unkept (dirty). This place is trash!!! ZERO STAR‼️‼️‼️

My 96YO mom had a great rehab experience at Riverview….the front desk was particularly helpful from day one; the social worker made things happen and fixed problems very quickly; nursing and aid staff were great but like all other places, they were stretched too thin; and the PT and OT staff were OUTSTANDING!!!! If I could give this place -100 stars, I would. They do not give two craps about the residents here. They don''t bathe them, the ONLY thing they are good for is feeding time and handing out medicine. I called the health department on them and they were cited for a MULTITUDE of violations. 90% of the aids/nurses are just downright LAZY or RUDE. They ALWAYS have an excuse or point fingers saying things like " I just got here" or "so and so said they were going to do", the overall communication there is entirely lacking. It''s completely unacceptable and I feel absolutely terrible for the residents who don''t have any family members to advocate for them. I know it''s not an easy job, but when you sign up to work at a nursing home you should be giving it your ALL or go find a job ELSEWHERE!!!! My dad literally got an infection due to poor hygiene because they don''t shower him unless I call in and ask them to give him one, PATHETIC. They hardly ever change him and he constantly has accidents in his laundry so we started having them do his laundry for a bit until they started consistently losing all of his clothes, so now we are back to doing his laundry. I am completely exhausted from dealing with this home and its really just SAD. My dad deserves so much better than the neglect he has received from this nursing home. Luckily, he is on a waiting list to get into another home, but who knows how long that will take. This place needs to be SHUT DOWN!!!!

I would give 0 stars if possible. My father in law was discharged from here after breaking his right arm after a surgery and needed physical therapy. When EMS first put him in the room, the room was trashed, completely dirty. Countless of times would find the nursing aids yanking my father from the right shoulder to lift him up into the bed, the shoulder he did surgery on. He would be screaming and they wouldn’t mind him. Countless of aids come in with an attitude and act like they don’t want to do their job. Many times after coming from work to visit him, The room would be trashed, he would be filthy with food all over him, one time I walked in on an aide in the room who was watching TV. Instant I came in she walked up and left. To top everything off, I came in after work to visit to find him on the floor… this was during shift change and the night shift nurse had found him like this, so only God Knows how long he had been on the floor. Aids are negligent and when you bring problems up to supervision and management, NOTHING changes. I would not advise anyone to send their loved one here and this rehab center needs to be shut down if they don’t start taking care of patients!
