The Forum at Knightsbridge went above and beyond for my brother. What he wanted was not realistic, they presented a solution. They didn't want to set him up for failure.
The independent living portion is nice and care is good. Stay away from the assisted living portion! Completely understaffed! Takes over 2 hours to get a response to a pushed medical alert from resident. This could be life or death if a situation isn’t responded to in a timely manner.
Our entire experience with The Forum at Knightsbridge has been exceptional! What we like the most about the community is the ease of information, the staff experiences, and the resident interaction

It’s not easy to rate by number…I haven’t been there in person, although I’m very involved from afar and talk to my sister often. I’ve also had a few phone exchanges with a couple of helpful staff members. My other sister also feels encouraged, and traveled there to spend some time in person. This emotional situation is very new for us and there will be a long learning curve. Nothing is perfect, so I won’t say “5” yet, but a solid 4 or maybe even 4+ so far!

I am so glad I did. Now that I have been here I would also only recommend this place to others. The staff is wonderful and they treat you like you a king. I have not one bad thing to say about this place. You couldn''t ask for better treatment from the nursing staff who go out of their way to do anything for you. Physical and occupational therapy is excellent in what they do and get the job done to get you home.
