When you call to check on your loved one, very seldom is the phone answered. I have complained alot about food and crumbs being left in the bed not to mention a salad bowl that was underneath his back and he slept in it all night. There isn''t enough workers CNA''S or Nurses to take care of the patients. He has been left and I feel like he hasn''t been paid attention to because he had had multiple bed sores that are bleeding. I can''t take it, I want to take him home so he can pass away there because he is on hospice but my non caring husband won''t let me, so I guess I''ll start sleeping there do he doesn''t pass away by himself. He has been my friend for 31 years. I go there daily to help him, and etc.

Where do I start? They don''t adhere to the menu calender. Residents blinds are all broken and not replaced. Halls smell like poop/pee. Dirty floors. Seems like only surface cleaning done. Administrator is rude and acts like he does not have time for anyone. The building needs updating. Some of the residents smell like urine and BM. The bed my family member had to sleep in was like a prison bed. No decor or anything in the rooms. Looks like an institution. Residents don''t seem to ever go anywhere unless with family. Seems like they are in it to make the most money and not spend any. The food is gross. Activities have the same things to do every week, never anything different

As a professional. I feel that I was ripped off an opportunity to compete with the market for a position as a caregiver. Set up an interview, it was canceled because of state survey then was asked to reschedule. I did, just for them to cancel with me the day before. Maybe this is the universe saving me from the chaos that I have read from other review. No loss just disappointed at the level of profession.

Worst care I ever received at a hospital. The doctor couldn''t get out of my room fast enough and the nurse he left me with ignored the UTI symptoms I was explaining to her. They never tested my urine, and I left with an infection. Then I got three different bills and now I owe almost $4000 for them to have basically kicked me out the door and fixed nothing that was going on. I called and filed a complaint and explained exactly what happened while I was there. I heard nothing back from anybody. I''m pretty sure nothing was done about it. I was sent to the hospital from the urgent care because the UC doctor thought I had a bleed in my brain since I had been having a migraine for almost a month. That''s why I was originally there. The UTI just happened.
