Where to even begin. Rude, uncaring, unfeeling employees? Check. Prescriptions withheld and incorrect prescriptions given? Check. Only allowed water at meals? Check. Giving someone laxatives, not responding to the call button when person has to go the bathroom and allowing them to soil themselves and their bedding, not changing their bedding ever, and not showering people? Check x5. How this place continues to operate is beyond me. One star is too kind. These people don''t need to be fired, they need to be jailed. How they treat people is criminal. If you value your loved one, do not send them here.
