If you''re a person who minds her business, and does her job you will never fit in here. These patients are not treated right! If your love ones are here please I beg of you be on top of it. I was done when a nurse told me she does not do this particular patient. How the heck is that possible! Certain aides sit behind the desk like it is a desk job. I mean I have seen people not answer lights for an entire shift. (I will go in answer other people bells) on my side because they''re literary not answering bells. Aides more concerned about doing the POC before doing any type of patient care. Jesus please cover the patients in this facility>

For an obese trach, paraplegic patient needing intensive monitoring, special care. I didn''t see a bathroom area in room. Very noisy, alot of patients in the hallways. Some no affect lined up in wheelchairs in a small exit hallway. The brochure only has pix of physical therapy area. Stuffy, no ventilation. Pls I would not want to end up In a place like this. Many violations, scary rated 3 stars, state inspection licensing review.

This place has no care for patients. My father is here under hospice care and the staff does not check on him like they should be. We constantly have to tell them when it is time for his morphine. All they care to do is hang out in the halls and chat. Please don''t bring your loved one here. They will not be given the comfort and pain care they need. Unfortunately, this was the only option in the "Covid" world that we live in.
