Appalling. Would not recommend Short term rehab stay at Phoebe Richland for ANYONE. What accreditations does Phoebe Richland hold? My stay was horrible. They may be licensed by the state, but that DEFINITELY needs review.

This place needs help. you have about 1 good nurse and 1 good aid. Most are too lazy to really make you feel safe leaving your loved one. I slept in a recliner in my husbands room. They never offered me any assistance or kindness. They screwed up his meds and he had to go back to the hospital...

They never offered me any assistance or kindness. They screwed up his meds and he had to go back to the hospital. Afterwards I found another rehab and they were fantastic. Lets see if this post makes it cause none of my other posts have.

His meals have been excellent. The wait staff is very attentive and they know him by name. Administration, if we have issues or questions, that's who we speak to, and they are very knowledgeable.
Read moreI have had a positive experience! I felt the care all around was good. I appreciated the aides especially. There's one or two aides that are not quite as friendly. I've seen some things, like dust on the curtains. We haven't heard anything about my loved one's care.
It is awesome there. Everything is clean and the food is good. The staff have been attentive. One of the nurses have been very attentive and calls me almost every night to update me on my loved one.
