Let''s start with the "good". Physical therapist were AWESOME !! Magda, very professional and attentive, great personality. Nancy, very sweet,definitely motivated and encouraging. Pius and Ira are both fantastic motivators. Nurses, Thomas and Day were always on top of things in a timely manner with a smile and great attitude. Tina in house keeping was a great listener and motivator. Kim in wound care is just stretched to thin,but she dose her best. NOW THE REST:::::: The food all smells the same and some days I sent pictures of it to my wife who is in the food industry to ask her to try and identify what it was. My first night there the person who set up my breathing machine set it up wrong,so I had no oxygen for an hour !!! My pain meds did not arrive till Monday morning so I HAD NO PAIN MEDS FROM THURSDAY EVENING TILL MONDAY MORNING. Why you ask well it''s because the pharmacy they use is located in Round Rock Texas and only delivers in the morning. I could go on about the " mostly " lazy night staff but I won''t. Bottom line i would not recommend this place to anyone.

My dad is a resident there. He is paralyzed from the waste down, they were supposed to get him a wheelchair and work with him to get in one they never ordered him the right one. The nurses will forget about him and forget to change his catheter. They barely will bathe him. I am very disappointed with this place. My dad''s call button also doesn''t work and we have told them and if I had a home to bring my father to I would. I hate that he has to go through such neglect because he can''t walk.

Woodlands health care I passed 25 days , these days I enjoyed the place like heaven. Some of the people are extremely out of the world to give patients extra miles of service and dedications , specially in physical therapy Eira, Genny, Magda, pious and Christine was awesome. Rita and Genney must be the best thing ever happened for the woodlands physical therapy. Also RN nurse for night shift Erwin, Paul, brandy exceptional, daytime nurse Thomas, Kisha, also Nurse K from Chicago awesome in service. CNA Tracy from woodlands, Natasha from Conroe, Sylvia, Wilma , Jackie and Howard just exceptional in service. This place need a good daytime full time nurse that care for patients and responsible for their medicine. Also need new blood pressure machines that works, manual blood pressure machine and digital thermometer. Kitchen and food is okay no complain.
