I had a great experience with the Broadmoor my mother was there for therapy. They are going thru some changes these past few weeks, and I hope for the better. They have a New ED and DON that are very understanding, and I have seen that they are trying to change for the better. It will take some time. Which most place do when the get new staff. From getting a tour from HR Martin to getting insurance explained to the detailed with their business office manager Kali. TO getting. Maintenace Sandro getting my mother''s AC fixed Quickly. To the nurse Kristin she was very patient with my mom. Which i know sometimes can be a handful since our goal was to go home from the hospital. TO Ester the medication aide of having to explain all my mom''s medications to me with patient with me since i am hard of hearing. To getting assistance in transportation from the receptionist. Above all else is Therapy - does men not only polite with my mom, but very helpful in many ways than one. They on my books are hand down the BEST therapy team i have delt with. Beating the hospital. Thank you, Brian, for everything you have done for my mother.
