This is a horrible place! They would not call 911 made me call them mom was in AFIB / Tachacardia when EMS arrived, physician said she was not in critical shape so I would have to call, which it was very serious. Before incident Met with administrative people told them she was not being taking care...
This is a horrible place! They would not call 911 made me call them mom was in AFIB / Tachacardia when EMS arrived, physician said she was not in critical shape so I would have to call, which it was very serious. Before incident Met with administrative people told them she was not being taking care of properly. took them 20-30 min to answer call button., received toilet chair with dried feces on it, no bath for three days eve though we was scheduled for Tuesday Thur Saturday, heard people at nurses station saying they were cutting staff, and also spoke with Admin after mom was admitted to hospitsl was admitted to hosp with heart and told him what had happened and all he could say was I will look into it still no response back telling me his findings.

We just moved my mother in law here, a week ago. Adela was wonderful to work with from the very beginning, onboarding was easy and the staff we encountered on move in day were so nice! Definitely would recommend Brookdale Lakeway!!
It is truly a GREAT team! The care team is wonderful. No high turnover. Care team has been here 10 + years. A family/home environment community.
