Super friendly and kind staff. All are committed to keeping residents happy, healthy and safe. It’s clear that everyone enjoys their position, and Terrific communication, always answering my many questions, as well as solving difficult issues concerning my mother’s transition. A large variety of food options in a pleasant restaurant-style environment. Snack choices are available throughout the day. (Clearly, the residents are well-fed as they enjoy quality time dining and conversing with fellow friends.) Activities offered are plenty. The activity directors are amazing, with great energy and enthusiasm during residents’ time in session. My family is very pleased and COMFORTED having Arbor Terrace’s staff keeping everyone Happy, Social, and Safe. A 5-Star Facility.
