Do not send for rehabilitation my elderly grandfather fell and got sent back to the hospital on thier grounds while in rehab was supposed to be watched

There were some second floors that didn't have it; they had balconies. The food was OK, but it could use more variety. The place was well-kept, well-maintained, and modernized. They had a pool, an art room, an auditorium that was looped for hearing, a wood shop, a ceramic shop, and places for card games.

Quite simply, outstanding care given by people who have a heart for the best life your parent can have, no one is there just to pick up a paycheck. Having been through 2 other places in less then 2 months, that nearly killed my mother, I can say that she is only alive and healing because of the diligent people at every level, from housekeeping to aids, nutritionists, nurses, administration, etc... We have found a clean, beautiful, wonderful, safe place and are forever grateful for everyone at the Quadrangle 💝
Read moreI sent my mom there for rehab. Some staff were nice but my mom was in a lot of pain. Had to wait 2 hrs for Tylenol said they would give pain meds at 10 by 10:30 still no pain meds. Her bathroom was gross. Someone went to the bathroom and never flushed. I’m not sending my mother back there.
My mother Victoria D is currently at quadrangle and the entire staff is amazing. Best facility I have ever seen.They really are a 5 star minimum!...
